  Paste From Boiled Meat with Roots and Greens.


500 g boiled meat
300 g parsnip (roots)
200 g carrots
200 g onions
30 g marjoram
fresh greens or 5 g dry marjoram greens
100 g vegetable oil or butter
salt to taste

Rinse the parsnip and carrots, peel and finely chop them. Peel the onions and chop them finely as well. Saute all the chopped vegetables in vegetable oil, sprinkle with salt and grind them in a meat grinder together with the boiled beef. Rinse the marjoram, chop it finely, add to the mixture and whisk it all with an electric mixer.
