  Russian Potato Salat

Ingredients

potatoes
eggs
onion
cucumber canned peas
mayonaise
milk
salt and pepper to taste
canned peas


Method
Boil and peel potatoes and eggs. Cut them up into pieces. Cut up cucumber and onion and add to eggs and potatoes. For the dressing, combine mayonaise and a small amount of milk and salt and pepper. Stir or shake up in a closed container. The dressing can be as thick or as thin as you wish, but it is best to have it the consistency of ranch dressing. Add dressing to salad and stir.
