  Stuffed field mushrooms

Ingredients

10 ea large mushrooms
100 g cheese
100 g cooked chicken fillet
mayonnaise
olive oil
salt


Method
Cut stipes and set them aside. Blanch caps in boiling lightly salted water for 10 minutes. Fry stipes and chicken in oil. Set aside to cool down and cut very small. Combine with grated cheese, mayonnaise, salt and nutmeg. Place the filling in mushroom caps and arrange on a dish
