  Apricot Kefir

Ingredients

500 g kefir
100 g cream
200 g apricots
20 g granulated sugar


Method
Take soft ripe apricots and rinse them. Pour boiling water over the apricots, peel and stone them. Grate them through a fine sieve and grind with an electric mixer, gradually adding: first cream and sugar, then kefir or any other diary product. Whisk the mixture until it is light and fluffy.

  Cream Kissel

Ingredients

3 cups cream
1 cup starch
sugar
vanilla


Method
Thoroughly rub the starch with some milk, stir in cream, sugar, and vanilla. Cook over low heat until the mixture thickens. Then cool the drink and serve it with jam or fruit syrup.

  Strawberry Kefir

Ingredients

500 g kefir
200 g cream
500 g granulated sugar


Method
Rinse the strawberries and grind them with an electric mixer, gradually adding: first cream, then kefir and sugar. Whisk the mixture until it is light and fluffy. You may take sour clotted milk or any other diary product instead of kefir. This drink can be cooked without sugar.
