Ingredients

¾ cup of coffee
102 tablespoons of cream
sugar to taste


Method
Make black coffee, strain it, and add sugar. Serve it cold with cold cream or lemon slices in glasses or cups.

Method
Coffee tastes much more delicious if you put in fried sunflower seeds instead of chicory.

  Coffee “Charm”

Ingredients

1 cup of coffee
1-2 tablespoons of cream
sugar to taste


Method
Make black coffee, serve it cooled in tall think glass. Cover it with whipped cream. Serve sugar separately in a metal or glass saucer.

  Coffee “Vityaz’” (“Knight”)

Ingredients

6-8 g coffee
2 g chicory
2 teaspoons sugar
50 ml cream
1 teaspoon castor sugar


Method
Make natural black coffee, strain it and add sugar. Put the rest of the sugar into the whipped cream (take cooled cream with 35% fat content). Serve with 1 teaspoon of whipped cream in each glass. You may also add a bit of vanilla and sprinkle some finely chopped chocolate on the cream. Serve cold.

  Coffee with Spices

Ingredients

330 ml coffee
peel of 1/3 lemon
peel of 1/3 orange
1 bud of cloves
1 tiny piece of cinnamon
3-4 lumps of sugar
0,1 glass vodka


Method
Place thin lemon and orange peel on the bottom of a shallow enamel saucepan, sprinkle with the cloves, cinnamon (not ground), add some lumps of sugar. Pour the vodka over the sugar and fire them. When the sugar is brown, pour some hot strong black coffee into the burning mixture. In 3-4 minutes pour the coffee through a sieve into small cups.

  Old Recipe for Sugar Beet Coffee

Ingredients

sugar beet or honey
water
coffee “Mocco”


Method
Rinse and peel the beet and cut it into small square pieces and dry them. Fry the beet as coffee and grind it hot. Keep the mixture in a tin. The longer it is preserved, the tastier the “coffee” gets. You may also mix it evenly with natural coffee “Mocco”.
