Pot Veal with Mushrooms

Ingredients
200 g veal 100 g fresh mushrooms 50 g onion 50 g butter 50 g sour cream salt to taste
Method
Sort out mushrooms (preferably field ones), rinse and chop them. Peel the onion and chop it finely. Combine with the mushrooms and saute in butter. Rinse the veal, chop it and place in a pot. Put the sauteed mushrooms and onion over it. Pour in boiling water, salt, cover the pot and cook in an oven for 30 minutes. Then add 1 tablespoon of sour cream and stew for 3 minutes at the same temperature.
