  Liver Paste with Vegetable Marrows


500 g beef liver
300 g vegetable marrows
200 g carrot
200 g onions
100 g parsley
200 g butter
salt to taste

Cut the liver into pieces and fry it them in butter. Grate the carrot coarsely and finely chop the onions. Rinse the vegetable marrows, slice them into round pieces and fry in butter. Saute the carrots and onions in butter. Grind all the vegetables and the liver in a meat-grinder. Sprinkle with salt and finely chopped parsley greens, mix well, adding 100 g butter.
