Fish Paste with Vegetables

Ingredients
500 g boiled filleted fish 300 g carrot 200 g onions 50 g dill 100 g butter ground black pepper to taste salt to taste
Method
Peel the onions and carrots, shred them finely and saute in butter. Remove bones from the boiled filleted fish and grind it in a meat grinder together with the sauteed vegetables. Sprinkle with salt, pepper and finely chopped dill greens and whisk it all well with an electric mixer, adding 100 g butter. You may also cook the paste without any butter.
