  Coffee with Spices


330 ml coffee
peel of 1/3 lemon
peel of 1/3 orange
1 bud of cloves
1 tiny piece of cinnamon
3-4 lumps of sugar
0,1 glass vodka

Place thin lemon and orange peel on the bottom of a shallow enamel saucepan, sprinkle with the cloves, cinnamon (not ground), add some lumps of sugar. Pour the vodka over the sugar and fire them. When the sugar is brown, pour some hot strong black coffee into the burning mixture. In 3-4 minutes pour the coffee through a sieve into small cups.
