  Sausage and Vegetable Sandwich with Greens

Ingredients

2 slices rye bread
1 table spoon boiled sausage (finely cubed)
1 teaspoon fresh carrot (finely grated)
1 teaspoon finely shredded leaves of plantain
1 teaspoon soured cream


Method
Mix the boiled sausage, carrot, and finely shredded plantain. Dress with the soured cream or any sort of vegetable oil and put over thin slices of bread.
