  “Curtsey”: Toasts from Rye Bread with Beet and Gar

Ingredients

? loaf rye bread
1 medium beet
6-8 cloves garlic
1 table spoon mayonnaise


Method
Slightly wet slices of rye bread and fry them in vegetable oil. Mix coarsely grated boiled beet with crushed garlic and mayonnaise. Put the mixture over the bread slices.
